Summary

Dusit Cairo is one of Egypt’s largest properties, with a more than 11 outlets, Cairo’s largest spa facility, a club house and a number of wedding and cooperate spaces. To organize all this information for Dusit, I created a chat robot on Facebook messenger, which automatically activates on the page’s inbox when a client attempts to get in-touch. The Chatbot allowed for customers to get all the information they were seeking as well as explore other services in a seamless way.
